FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: pump station includes at least two pumps, preferably of screw type, which are installed with possibility of pumping the above medium from various sources - wells and well clusters. Inlet of pump, mainly screw-type, is connected via main line to the liquefaction tank filled with oil-water mixture. Liquefaction tank includes variable gas volume located in upper part and two volumes with various values for liquid medium, one volume is consumable volume of variable filling, and the other one is reserve volume. Tank housing is equipped with a connection pipe installed on the level of separation of the above consumable volume of variable filling and reserve volume. Liquefaction tank is provided on the inner side with the element screening the lower outlet connection pipe so that a channel with tight walls and open edges is formed, which is oriented downwards and extended to bottom part of the tank. In addition, one of the pumps of the station is interconnected at the inlet in controlled manner to the other pump charged from another source of multi-component medium with mutual possibility of supply at least of liquid component of the above medium in order to cool each of the pumps in extreme situations related to exhaustion of the above medium in liquefaction tank, which is given to any of the above pumps.
EFFECT: providing continuous pumping of well fluids in emergency situations and excluding overheating and failure of pump equipment.
