FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed invention can be used in power units of self-contained vehicles for creating self- containing delivery installation used for handling liquid, gaseous, gas- and-liquid materials, air-compression and vapor-ejection-compression refrigerating plants, hydraulic motors and power units of tidal and river power plants. Invention makes it possible to reduce toxicity of combustion products and provide 45-48% efficiency of engine which exceeds efficiency of piston engines by 3-8%. Internal combustion engine has cylindrical housing, end face shields with bearings and seals and finned rotor fitted eccentrically in seals. Rotor is provided with sealing members in form of cylindrical solids of revolution on rotor ribs and housing. It is furnished with blower, fuel-air ratio regulator and expander.
