FIELD: mechanical engineering; steam distribution control members. SUBSTANCE: converter is designed for control of servomotors used in steam distribution control members. Converter housing accommodates double- acting piston and chambers of pressure head drain, pressure output control action and command hydraulic pressure. Output control action chamber and command hydraulic pressure chamber are arranged at opposite sides of piston. Piston proper is spring-loaded in intermediate position between these chambers for equalizing forces from pressure in these chambers. Spool is arranged in piston bore controlled by mechanical command member. Ports communicating with pressure head, drain and output control action chambers are made in bore wall. EFFECT: conversion of mechanical command signal into hydraulic signal, summing up of this signal and command hydraulic signal, amplification of summary signal and provision of output control action feedback. 2 dwg
