FIELD: hydraulic-turbine engineering. SUBSTANCE: control device for hydraulic-turbine governing element, including wicket-gate mechanism, has electrohydraulic converter connected to main control valve that control governing element servo motor and converter electric feedback for governing element position, all forming automatic-control section of control system. There are also manual-control mechanism, converter MANUAL-AUTOMATIC selecting valve, and governing element position indicator. To change over hydraulic lines from automatic to manual control and vice versa, provision is made in channel between main control valve and servomotor for shut-off valve, and hydraulic lines of manual control mechanism made in the form of control valve are connected to channel between shut-off valve and servomotor. Shut-off valve is controlled by MANUAL-AUTOMATIC selecting valve. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
