FIELD: building heating systems; pump single-tube heating systems using water as heating agent. SUBSTANCE: method is based on possibility of measuring temperatures in rooms of buildings and changing direction of circulation of hot water in heating system depending on change of temperature at storeys, thus equalizing temperatures of hot water in risers and heating appliances and consequently temperature of air in rooms of building. Heating appliance includes heat source, gate valve, "r" (r=1, R) heating risers connected in parallel; each of them includes "n" (n=1,N) heating appliances connected in series and mounted on "n" storeys of building; heating appliances includes also return pipe line whose outlet is connected to inlet of heat source through gate valve; inlets of "r" risers are connected to direct pipe line through gate valve and their outlets are connected to return pipe line; provision is also made for sensor mounted in room on ground floor and sensor mounted in room on N-storey, as well as controller, electric motor and valve connected in series; first inlet of valve is connected with outlet of electric motor; second inlet and first outlet are connected between outlets and inlets of gate valves and third inlet and second outlet are connected between inlets and outlets of "r" risers, respectively; outputs of temperature sensors are connected with first and second inputs of controller. EFFECT: equalizing temperature in rooms by storeys due to alternate change of direction of hot water circulation depending on difference in temperature by storeys. 2 dwg
