FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: measuring and accounting system of heat consumption per each flat in heat supply systems includes heat source, supply pipeline with in-series connected heating devices per each flat, and temperature measuring sensors. System is provided with temperature measuring sensors of heat carrier, which are installed on pipeline at the entry to each flat; at that, each sensor is made in the form of capsule representing a shell with a staged bottom; at that, bottom stage is made from material with high thermal conductivity factor and made in the form of external blind thin-walled connection pipe, on internal side surface of which there is thread whereon an insert is rigidly fixed. The insert is made in the form of a pin provided with external thread and longitudinal through rectangular groove. At that, in internal capsule cavity there installed is measuring and transmitting module consisting of printed circuit board which measures temperature and is provided with a shank consisting of temperature-sensing element fixed on its end, and shank is located in rectangular groove of the insert and printed circuit board of wireless connection including initialisation element, and upper and lower board edges are fixed by means of a sealant in upper and lower bases of housing respectively, in the area of upper base of which there installed is power element and antenna for data transfer to heat energy metre and/or temperature indicator, and external surface of upper capsule part is staged; at that, stages are divided with protrusion provided with diametrical flattened surfaces. At that, stages are provided with thread. By means of lower stage the capsule is fixed either on the pipeline tee or directly on the pipeline, and on upper stage a cap equipped with ventilation holes is installed.
EFFECT: designing simple accounting system of heat consumption per each flat by using measurement of temperature difference of heat carrier for this purpose, when entering and leaving a certain flat.
