SHOE DEVICE FACILITATING OVERCOMING OF GROUND DRAFT DURING USAGE OF HAND-HELD TILLAGE TOOL Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: shoe industry. SUBSTANCE: device has front part made from metal plate of increased strength, to which are connected in series supporting plate and platform with perforated scale. Fastening brackets are passed through perforations in platform and used together with belts or cords or similar material for fixing position of working shoes within the borders of supporting plate. Rigidity of front part may be increased by additional stop. When ground is manually moved, digger shank and blade define double-armed lever with pivot support made by this device. Working surfaces of front part advanced and raised to optimum height are adapted for accepting loads of leverage system and transmitting them through supporting plate onto ground surface the moment the cut portion of ground layer is thrown backward and overturned forward or aside, when digger shank is abruptly offset backward. Device of such construction is similar to supinator which is adapted to partially reduce loading on hand and feet muscles and joints, is adapted for attachment to toe part shoes for protecting front part of foot from squeezing and deformation. Device may be attached under sole of shoe of any model. It may be used not only as mechanical prosthesis. When combined with digger, device allows labor-consuming and fatiguing work of manual ground movement to be performed without multiple inclinations and semi-squattings, and overloading of user's organism on the whole.
