FIELD: shoe industry. SUBSTANCE: device is adapted for attachment under shoe sole and has front part of increased strength, supporting plate and two-rack platform with perforated scale. Supporting plate and platform are connected in series to front part. Fastening bracket ends are inserted in perforations of platform for fixing shoe on supinator at optimum distance from front part working surfaces. When user displaces ground by means of digger, shank and blade mainly operate as double-armed lever, and front part serves as pivot thrust. Reciprocating motions of shank by respective motion of one hand provide discharge of cut ground layer onto surface and throwing of it upward or aside with minimum force applied to digger. EFFECT: simplified construction, increased efficiency by reduced force applied to user's joints and muscles. 1 dwg
