FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making hemodilution using crystalloid solutions and administering nitroglycerin and verapamil. Nitroglycerin administration starts at the same time with the preliminary anesthesia beginning by applying a dose being 1.5-2 times as large as the calculated mean dose. Distinct hypotensive action being observed, the dose is lowered to the calculated mean dose. Verapamil is administered as instillation or through automatic syringe starting from the moment the nitroglycerin dose starts lowering. General peripheral vascular resistance, skin temperature, skin heat flow power, pulsometry and hemorrhage in operation wound are used for estimating controllable hypotonia effectiveness. EFFECT: reduced risk of postoperative complications; retained stable arterial blood pressure. 4 cl, 2 tbl
