BUILDING MEMBER AND METHOD OF FASTENING OF BUILDING MEMBERS WITH EACH OTHER Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: building materials; applicable in construction industry and agriculture. SUBSTANCE: building material is made by extrusion method in the form of tube from polymer material. Tube is made of separate intersecting threads. The thread forms a spatial spiral line. Perforations between threads are made in the form of rhombic openings with rhombic opening area-perforated tube cross-section factor equalling 0.03-0.8. Threads are of 1.0-15.0 mm. Method of fastening of building members includes taking of one perforated tube, separation of some threads in region of rhombic openings by cutting, bending of partially separated threads from perforated tube, and introduction of bent threads into opening of other perforated tube up to contact of perforated tubes with each other. Fastening is effected by location of connecting member into formed closed cavities between bent threads and surface of perforated tube. After location of connecting member in closed cavities, it is fastened to perforated tubes. Connecting member is used in the form of wire, cable or cord. Connecting member is secured to perforated tubes by tying of its ends to perforated tubes. EFFECT: extended assortment of technical means. 5 cl, 10 dwg
