FIELD: marine equipment, applicable for inspection of water areas closed for navigation of ships-trespassers engaged in illegitimate fishing. SUBSTANCE: the channel has a magnetic field sensor, analyzing and actuating devices. Introduced in the analyzing device, on both polarities of signal pulses, are amplitude selectors, peak detectors, first pulse comparators, second pulse time selectors, reference voltage generators, comparators of control of amplitude lower and upper limits of the second and third pulses, third pulse time selector, three OR gates, alarm key and interlocking key. The input of the amplitude selectors is connected to the magnetic field sensor. The output of the amplitude selectors, in accordance with the signal polarity, is connected to the signal input of the peak detectors and comparators of control of the amplitude of each of the three pulses. The output of the peak detectors, in accordance with the pulse polarity, is connected to the reference voltage input of the first pulse comparators and to the input of the reference voltage generators of the comparators of control of the amplitude of the second and third pulses. The output of the comparators of control of the amplitude of the first pulse is connected to the input of the second pulse time selector. The outputs of the reference voltage generators are connected to the reference voltage inputs of the comparators of control of the amplitude of the second and third pulses. The output of the second pulse time selectors is connected to the gating input of the comparators of control of the second pulse amplitude. The output of the comparators of control of the amplitude lower limit of the second pulse, via the first OR gate, is connected to the input of the third pulse time selector. Its output is connected to the gating input of the comparators of control of the amplitude lower and upper limits of the third pulse. The output of the comparators of control of the amplitude lower limit of the third pulse, via the second OR gate, is connected to the input of the alarm key. The output of the alarm key is connected to the input of the actuating device. The output of the comparators of control of the amplitude upper limit of the second and third pulses, as well as the output of the alarm key, via the third OR gate, is connected to the input of the interlocking key. The output of the interlocking key is connected to the nullification input of the peak detectors, to the inhibiting input of the comparators of control of the first pulse amplitude and alarm key.
