FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves examining patient blood serum in passive hemagglutination reaction with benign, anaplastic and glioblastoma erythrocytic diagnostics with polyantigenic preparations of tissues of the corresponding glial neoplasms. Positive results being obtained with benign and anaplastic diagnosticum or with benign one only, benign glial tumors are to be diagnosed. Positive reactions being observed with all diagnostics, glial tumors are to be diagnosed as malignant tumors. Positive reactions being observed with anaplastic and glioblastoma diagnostics, malignant glioblastoma tumors are to be diagnosed.
