FIELD: food industry, particularly, production of powdered vegetables and fruits by sublimation drying. SUBSTANCE: method allows to produce beet powders with and without pulp separately from the same initial raw material. Powders are mixed in proportion 1:(4-9). EFFECT: production of universal concentrated food product balanced by useful and biologically active substances.
