FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves studying Doppler sonography pictures of blood circulation in- and outside of the tumor in adjacent tissues. Then, pharmacological test is set with nitro-ointment. The test involves locally applying the pharmacological preparation by placing 0.25 ml (1 cm of 2% ointment from tube) on the skin surface and next to it, the Doppler sonography parameters of tumor blood circulation and blood circulation in the unchanged tissue area (relative far from the tumor) are repeatedly measured. The blood circulation difference between the basic value and one marked after the test is used for diagnosing malignant and benign tumors with the account paid on resistance index, which minimum change (less than 3%) or no dynamic changes in its value indicate malignant nature of the pathologic process. EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis. 14 dwg
