FIELD: medicine, particularly, surgery. SUBSTANCE: method includes surgical operation; elimination of peritonitis source; nasointestinal intubation and lavage of small intestine; intraintestine introduction of 15 g of enterosorbent and 1 g of ampicillin; intraintestine introduction during postoperative period through zone of oxygen-containing salt solution, enterosorbent; intraportal reinfusion of oxygenated autoblood; intraportal introduction of metragil. Treatment is carried out 5-6 days after operation up to restoration of intestine peristalsis, obtaining negative results of bacteriological examination of blood from portal vein for presence of microflora.
