FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: intraportal administration of ozonized saline and perfluorane is performed. At that, after peritonitis source removal, nasointestinal intubation, lavage and abdominal cavity drainage prior to medium wound suturing, recanalization and catheterization of the umbilical vein are performed. Then, on day 1-3 after the operation, intraportal infusion of serotonin adipate is additionally performed by 40 drops per minute at a dose of 20-30 to 40-60 mg/day, depending on the phase of pathological process development and the severity of patient's condition.
EFFECT: increased clinical efficacy of intestinal peristalsis stimulation.
