FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying radiological examination with oval perforated plate having openings fixed on face skin in the projection of the fracture. The plate is selected depending on the nature and disposition of the fracture. Hollow perosseous rods are introduced into the bone using openings in the plate as guides. The perosseous rods are fixed with an additional perforated plate. Intraosseous microflora is studied in the area of the pathologic focus using mandrin taken off from the perosseous rod. After obtaining the results of the study using individual selection of drugs in therapeutic doses, intraosseous interfragmental medication electrophoresis using a drug like lincomycin hydrochloride, is carried out by placing electrode in the perosseous rod cavity with current of 3 mcA being applied daily once a day, during 10-14 days.
