FIELD: medicine; maxillofacial surgery for mandibular osteosynthesis. SUBSTANCE: proposed apparatus comprises two perosseous rods intended to connect threaded bars provided with oppositely directed threads. Apparatus further comprises connecting sleeve, detachable lever, mandrels and extension pieces, latter being formed as hollow cylinder provided with inner threads, on one side, and with through-going opening for passage of perosseous rod, on other side. Two openings with inner threads and screws are formed on either side of extension piece. At center of connecting sleeve through-going opening is formed, into which detachable lever is received. Lever has thickened portion at one end, while its other end carries nut fixable on threads. Said perosseous rods are made hollow; at one end they have cross-like cut grooves, while their other ends are conically shaped and provided with helical threads and with side opening communicating with interior cavity of rods. Said mandrels are housed by interior cavities of perosseous rods. EFFECT: more reliable immobilization of bone fragments; procedure of placing apparatus becomes less traumatic for soft tissues; possibility is opened up for intraosseously administering medicinal preparations into infection focus. 2 dwg
