FIELD: veterinary science, poultry farming. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vaccine preparations against infectious diseases, namely, against virus causing "Egg yield decrease syndrome-76" and methods of vaccination. Invention proposes the vaccine preparation against viruses causing "Egg yield decrease syndrome-76" where inactivated virus is enclosed into liposomal vesicle covered by envelope that consists of a mixture of sugars and water-soluble polymers taken in the ratio = (5-15):1. Vaccination is carried out by administration of vaccine in poultry body (age is 110-140 days) by oral watering route in the dose 512-2048 hemagglutination units/05. Preparation is harmless for poultry and shows expressed antigenic and immunogenic activity. EFFECT: decreased cost, increased rate of vaccination as compared with conventional method of disease prophylaxis. 6 cl, 2 tbl, 2 ex
