FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing biological objects to extremely high frequency electromagnetic field with at least five oscillators at the same time. Each oscillator creates electromagnetic radiation of the predefined frequency bandwidth. Radiation power intensity at the place the object is positioned, is from 0.3 mcW/cm2 to 10 mcW/cm2. The action has threshold level when five oscillators are used at the same time for irradiating an object with electromagnetic radiation that results in delay of neoplasm cell growth. The device has at least five oscillators creating electromagnetic field in five basic bandwidth areas. Additional oscillators operating in additionally selected frequency bandwidths are optionally useable.
