FIELD: ulcerous maladies. SUBSTANCE: skin of periulcerous region is exposed to IR emission (wavelengths: 640 and 840-950 nm) by way of slowly displacing light-diode device sensor over the perimeter of ulcerous defect foe 10 min. After that, skin is affected for 15-20 min by ozone-air mixture containing 50 mg/l ozone. Ulcerous defect is then covered by polyacrylamide gel strip saturated with solutions of antiseptics and antibiotics. Within one-day period, vessels of popliteal region are twice irradiated for 10 min using suprachoroid technique. Ozone-air mixture treatment is performed 5 to 12 times. IR course is continued until complete healing of ulcerous defect is attained. EFFECT: increased efficiency of treatment of shin trophic ulcers. 5 cl, 1 dwg, 2 tbl
