SUBSTANCE: after cold rolling to depth of 0.5 mm, steel is subjected to recrystallization annealing at heating to temperature determined from the following dependence: , where Topt is optimal recrystallization annealing temperature, C; a0=771 C is dimensional coefficient; a1= 28071°C%2 HB is volume fraction of non-metallic inclusions in semi- finished rolled product, %; a2= 7416°C/%2 is dimensional coefficient; Al is mass fraction of aluminium in metal, %; N is mass fraction of nitrogen in metal, %; a3= 833°C/% is dimensional coefficient; C is mass fraction of carbon in metal, %; a4= 4,2°C/% is dimensional coefficient; E is total reduction at cold rolling, %.
