FIELD: construction of civil buildings of various functional purposes. SUBSTANCE: exterior walls fulfilling only guarding functions and nonsupporting (story supported) may be made of various materials and structures ranging from small-piece laying materials to band-cut prefabricated panels. In this case, exterior walls may be single and multilayer. Walls rest on side face of floor disc and contour belt connected with floor disc by discrete ties in the form of concrete keys. Ties of contour belt with floor disc may also be made of metal strut-braced members with cover plates of metal tubular members. To exclude influence of additional load arising at an angle of erection of exterior walls from small-piece materials and acting over face of floor disc in span between columns, use is made of distributing beams installed on mortar layer and ensuring transmission of load of walls resting on them to floor disc in zone of conjugation of the latter with columns. Design of butt joint of exterior walls with building frame provides for their parallel erection with story in the course of building erection. EFFECT: higher resistance to heat transfer of exterior walls due to exclusion from their structure of heat-conducting inclusions (so-called cold bridges) considerably reducing heat-engineering homogeneity of walls, higher operating reliability and prolonged service life of exterior walls. 6 cl, 5 dwg
