FIELD: civil engineering, multistory residential and public buildings built with bearing crosswalls, in particular. SUBSTANCE: multistory building includes spatial system formed by internal and external bearing crosswalls with side vertical ribs on which non-split prefabricated-monolithic or monolithic discs of ceilings are leant. Ceilings are fitted with longitudinal reinforced concrete bars with through longitudinal fittings along their plane, over whole length of building and anchored in external lateral bearing walls or their ribs. Lateral monolithic reinforced concrete bars with through coupling fittings anchored in longitudinal side reinforced concrete bars are placed above middle bearing lateral walls in discs of ceilings over entire width of building. Longitudinal external walls are leant story-by-story over layer of mortar against discs of ceilings and above point of linking with upper ceiling are fitted with springy gasket. Partitions on each story are leant against ceilings on each story. EFFECT: reduced usage of materials and consumption of energy for erection of building. 4 cl, 12 dwg
