FIELD: construction industry; applicable in quick erection of residential low buildings, particularly, construction of cottages. SUBSTANCE: block facing layer from decorative material used for internal finishing of living rooms with thickness of not less 1.5 cm in the form of worked board is fixed with filling package made of wood chocks or cuttings without their protrusion to facing surface. Chocks are laid in rows one transverse to another so that gap is left over perimeter of filling package relative to perimeter of layer of block facing in which the first layer is placed of heavy-weight concrete, the second layer, of light-weight porous concrete and the third layer is in the form of laying mortar to cover surface of block, and facing tile is placed over block surface. EFFECT: reduced cost of blocks and construction due to elimination of finishing operations; increased yield of useful products due to utilization of wastes of forest working and woodworking. 2 cl, 2 dwg
