FIELD: oil pool development. SUBSTANCE: method includes setting up of longitudinal and additional transverse waves of different polarization by source of seismic vibrations. Stimulation fields formed by waves are superimposed simultaneously or successively. Device has radiating plates connected with vibration exciter secured to frame. Secured to frame is plate through which rod of vibration exciter is passed. One of radiating plates is hinged with the rod. Each of other radiating plates is hinged with two tie-rods hinged to plate.
