FIELD: automatic-control systems. SUBSTANCE: pipeline fittings include body, shut-off member controlled by pneumatic rotary-roller engine and handwheel. Engine is provided with force member in the form of flexible tape and with rollers. Handwheel is positioned on one shaft together withe engine rotor. Rotary-roller engine is made as a set of circular chambers mounted on one shaft. Some chambers rotate rotor in one direction, while the other, in reverse one. Every chamber contains flexible tape and one roller. Circular chambers rotating rotor in one direction are turned with respect to circular chambers which rotate rotor in reverse direction.
