FIELD: blow- off valves for turbo-units and compressors of gas-transfer stations. SUBSTANCE: drive includes motor in form of jet turbine, reducer, ball-and-screw gearing, outlet spindle and control system. Nut of ball-and-screw gearing is provided with gear rim which is connected with pneumo-mechanical lock of control system. Reducer is provided with clutch for transmission of torque. In case of deflection of pressure in gas main from preset level, control system furnishes signal for operation of jet turbine. As a result, lead screw moves to either side, thus bringing the blow-off valve to state at which pressure corresponds to preset level. In case of drop of pressure in gas main below permissible level, pneumo-mechanical lock is disconnected and spindle brings blow-off valve to OPEN position under action of return springs. EFFECT: avoidance of seals in motor and mechanical system; enhanced reliability and durability of drive; avoidance of working fluid for operation of hydraulic cylinder; ease of maintenance. 3 dwg
