FIELD: fishery. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cylindrical vessel with narrowing lower part. Vessel has water and air supply system for providing up water flow, vertical water discharge pipe with water discharge openings covered with strainer, and water drain pipe mounted in vessel bottom. Water and air supply system is formed as water-air distributor formed as hollow disk divided into two concentric cavities. Outer cavity is provided with union connected to water supply pipe and has openings arranged concentrically about water drain pipe in its upper wall. Water-air distributor is connected to lower part of water discharge pipe so that its position in vertical plane may be adjusted, and is disposed in cylindrical slot in vessel bottom center. Lower part of vessel is made spherical and bottom is made in the form of shutter with central cylindrical depression and through threaded opening. Water discharge openings covered with strainer are positioned in lower part of water discharge pipe. Water drain pipe is connected to hose, with free end of hose being positioned for regulating water level in vessel. EFFECT: simplified construction, increased yield of vigorous fish larva in the process of incubation and reduced injury to fish caviar. 5 cl, 4 dwg
