FIELD: fishery, in particular, caviar incubation and production of fish larvae. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vertical incubation vessel, water supplying unit with water flow former and drainage device. Water flow former has plate positioned in parallel with vessel bottom to divide vessel into two unequal sections. Plate is provided with water openings formed as two truncated cones faced one toward another with their small ends. Apparatus forms "water pad" in vessel facilitating larvae to be kept in suspension state and be permanently washed with water. EFFECT: increased efficiency, elimination of injure to larvae and increased disease resistance. 3 dwg, 1 tbl
