SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing aromatizing additive with emollient-solubilizing mixture up to homogeneous solution. Phosphonate-containing complexone is additionally introduction in mixture in amount of 3-20 mas.% from weight of the mixture. When ethereal oils used as aromatizing additives they are preliminarily mixed with emollient-solubilizing mixture in ratio 1/10-1/50 and then phosphonate-containing ingredient is introduced.
