FIELD: medicine, toxicology. SUBSTANCE: method involves intravenous administration of blood substitute with gas-transporting function (perfluoran) with specific antidotes simultaneously. Rate of administration is regulated thus to obtain the correspondence value with blood oxygen concentration: at physiological oxygen level the rate of administration is decreased and the rate is elevated if oxygen level is decreased. Method ensures to improve the total state of animals. Method can be used for treatment of acute poisonings with organophosphorus substances.
