METHOD FOR DETECTING PERFLUORANE IN BIOLOGICAL TISSUES AND LIQUID MEDIA Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, histology, cytology, hematology, pathological anatomy, forensic medicine. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with studying dynamics of perfluorane circulation in patient's body. Moreover, one should apply 5%-iodine alcoholic solution (official pharmaceutical packaging) onto a slide with either a smear or frozen tissue section for 10 min, iodine solution is poured out, dried with filter paper and slide is put into distilled water, quickly rinsed in 96%-ethanol and put into distilled water. Slide is applied with 1%-aqueous eosin solution for 1-2 min. Eosin is removed and preparation is put into distilled water (by 3 portions per 1-2 min), air dried and applied into glycerol to detect dyed black-violet perfluorane particles with a microscope. The method provides simplicity of implementation and requires no expensive reagents. EFFECT: higher efficiency of detection. 1 ex
