Invention proposes 4'-iodo-4'-deoxydoxorubicine and its pharmaceutically acceptable salts. Agent suppresses or prevents amyloid deposition and promotes to the effect of existing proteolytic mechanisms that provide decomposition and resorption of amyloid.
