FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves setting nasobiliary draining tube to a patient before operation into the common bile duct through the major duodenal papilla. The external end of the tube is bent as a knee and placed 16-18 cm higher than the choledochus. The bent part of the external tube end is to be lowered by 1-2 cm daily to reduce pressure in the duct in controlled mode. 3-8 days later, surgical operation is carried out on extrahepatic bile ducts. The second draining tube is introduced into the common bile duct in the direction of the duodenum. Infusion system and Waldmann apparatus are connected to the external end of the nasobiliary draining tube. The extrahepatic bile ducts are washed with warm medicinal mixture at 37 C under controlled pressure in the duct. The mixture has the following composition: 0.9% solution of table salt - 100.0 ml, 0.25% novocaine - 100.0 ml, metragyl - 50 ml, 0.2% platyphyllin hydrotartrate solution - 1.0 ml, prednisolon 30 mg, heparin 5000 action units, antibiotic - 1 mg depending on microflora sensitivity. The bile ducts are washed during 7-10 days. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of complications. 1 dwg
