FIELD: medicine, surgery; applicable in treatment of patients with complicated forms of destructive pancreatitis. SUBSTANCE: method includes, in postoperative period, enteral probe feeding with use of standard liquid nutritive mixtures. Mixtures are introduced duodenum in volume of 1.2-1.8 l a day through common bile duct and draining tube. Introduction of nutritive mixture is carried out as follows. Under control of intraduct pressure, infusion is begun from 20 drops per minute. Then, rate of introduction of nutritive mixture is increased up to 30-40 drops per minute. Intraduct pressure is preserved at 100-200 mm of water column. EFFECT: prevented metabolic complications associated with development of acute imperviousness of duodenum. 1 dwg
