SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of detecting path of beam motion with the aid of first sensing member (seam finding system) arranged before beam or with the aid of signal of setter; monitoring beam operation with the aid of second sensing member arranged behind beam; comparing signal of setter or output signal of first sensing member at predetermined beam position with output signal of second sensing member at real position of beam while taking into account mutual motion of beam and blank depending upon speed; correcting beam position according to main one when there is difference between predetermined and real positions of beam.
