In consists of one continuous ring or of two half-rings in which nozzles designed to feed power carrier with cavitation cavities are installed over entire circumference. Treatment is performed with treated part rotating or stationary. If required powder additive is introduced into power carrier to increase anti-wear indices of surfaces being treated.
