SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of acting upon surface of shaft by energy carrier having balls; placing holder with strikers over necking portion of shaft along its whole circumference; arranging balls on end of strikers or on ends of their tips; imparting to balls oscillations in order to provide striker impinging upon worked surface at single touch; introducing energy carrier into holder with cylindrical steps while using glass or bearing balls.
