TRUCK-MOUNTED HYDRAULIC CRANE PLANT Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: construction and road-building machinery. SUBSTANCE: proposed hydraulic crane plant, capacity 20-25 t, has support frame 1 with extensible beams coupled with hydraulic supports 3 forming support outline and longitudinal metal structure 4 of box-section on which base unit 5 of slewing gear 6 is mounted. It has also turnable 7 with cabin, three-section telescopic beam 9 hinge-coupled with turnable for lifting by hydraulic cylinder and furnished with telescoping system, load safeguard system and hydraulic drive made to open double-pump hydraulic scheme. Telescoping system is made in form of two tandem-connected boom extending hydraulic cylinders 10, 11. One of working spaces of first hydraulic cylinder is coupled with space of second hydraulic cylinder through pilot controlled check valve 14. Load safeguard system has digital parameter indication. Support 6 outline dimensions are 4.2 x 5.6 m and length of telescopic boom equals 21.7 m. Telescopic boom is furnished with lattice goose-neck attachment. EFFECT: increased reliability. 2 cl, 2 dwg
