FIELD: mechanical engineering
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a boom crane. When installing a crane-manipulator installation on the chassis of a truck, the crane-manipulator installation (hereinafter CMI) is placed on the frame of the truck chassis with the possibility of transferring it from the transport position to the working position and vice versa. The placement of the CMI on the upper frame is carried out using a rotary plate rigidly connected to the base of the CMI and pivotally with the upper frame, and the transfer of the CMI from the transport position to the working position and vice versa is carried out by rotating it around this hinge from the horizontal position to the vertical and vice versa.
EFFECT: ensuring the mobility of the transfer of crane-manipulator installations transported on the chassis of trucks from the working position to the transport position and vice versa, and the possibility of transporting them by airplanes and railway flat cars, where there are restrictions on the height of the transported cargo.
