FIELD: methods of cleaning of concentrating mill sludge collectors of hard spots. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in the following: clarified water is fed through the mill hydroflushing system over a pipe-line by a pump from the central sludge tank through a gate for hydroflushing. Through a pulp feed-line hydroflushing sludge is fed to a sump with a subsequent transfer of sludge and water through the pulp feed-line. A hydraulic ejector is installed on a telpher above the sump, the hydraulic ejector intake member is transferred (by means of the telpher) to the sludgiest section of the sump. The pulp feed-line is connected to the hydraulic ejector through the gate with a filling tank. The pressure water conduit is connected to the hydraulic ejector through a gate with a pressure water source (pressure pump) fed with clarified water through the gate from the central sludge tank pipe-line. When water is fed through the pressure water conduit and feed branch pipe to the hydraulic ejector inlet chamber, water flow gets separated, the third part of it (design modification of the hydraulic ejector inlet chamber) is fed to the hydrorippers for wash-out of compacted sludge, and the two thirds of the bulk are fed through the annular nozzle of the hydraulic ejector to the mixing chamber, in which the water flow carries along the sludge washed out by the hydrorippers and issues the produced pulp through the pulp-feed line the pulp is fed to the central sludge tank.
