FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: method includes preliminary thinning of flowing tailings, discharge of them into accumulator introduction of working agents into sands, sands conveyance through pipeline and hydraulic formation of fill mass. Sands are thinned in accumulator up to weight concentration of 0.7- 0.75, unloaded and piped using overflow water formed in tailings thinning in accumulator. Tailings are discharged into accumulator under level of overflow water and intensity of discharge of tailings into accumulator and discharge of sands from accumulator is similar. Besides, introduced into sands on discharge end of pipeline is binder as working reagent in form of aerated jet. Used as working reagents introduced into sand on pipeline discharge end are flocculant and binder, the latter is sprayed into flocculated sands. Method is realized in device containing accumulator with cone bottom and discharge unit with water line and nozzles. Besides, it has pipeline (including descending and horizontal sections) communicated with accumulator, cyclone with tailings line and discharge pipes, outlet and sump for overflow water. Cyclone discharge pipes are communicated with accumulator, and outlet, with pipeline. There are also conical screen, outlets and collector with side and central nozzles. Collector is installed in accumulator bottom with side nozzles spaced over bottom periphery 0.5-1 m from one another, and central nozzle installed at distance of (1.25-1.75)D from outlet end, where D is outlet diameter. Conical air-tight vessel with volume equalling 1.5-2.5% of accumulator volume with inlet for tangential supply of sands, is installed before descending section of pipeline. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 8 cl, 1 dwg
