FIELD: locking-sealing equipment. SUBSTANCE: the device has a body with a central through hole, rope freely located in it for locking the object to be sealed by means of a lock installed in its ears and mounted inside the body; the central hole is tapered with an inlet of a lesser section on the side of the rope inlet; the body is provided with a stop on the side of the rope outlet, and the lock is positioned on part of the length of the central hole on the side of the stop. The cone of the central hole is made with a small self- braking angle within 2 to 10 deg., the stop is formed by expansion in the hole of an annular boss preliminarily made on the end, and the lock is made in the form of a single-wire volumetric open framework enveloping the rope and formed by a wire coiled along the rope, the wire has a small diameter within 1.0 to 1.5 mm, it is made of spring zigzagged steel; the tops of the beads are located in two lateral planes; the quantity of beads in each lateral plane is at least three, and the framework inside diameter is less than the rope diameter, for example, at least by 0.1 to 0.5 mm.
