FIELD: locking-sealing equipment. SUBSTANCE: the device has a body with inlet and outlet holes and a cavity, locking member located inside the cavity at locking and sealing, lock made of separate members located around the edges of the working space formed for introduction of the locking member and engageable with the locking member and body. It has a fixing member holding the lock members around the edges, the lock members are positioned in cross-section on part of the perimeter of the working space, for instance, at an angle of about 270 deg., and the fixing member is positioned inside the working space and made in the form of a shortened roller-simulator of the locking member pushed out of the body by the tapered end of the locking member.
