SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerosol ready medicinal form for administration as spray to make cooling effect on skin and adjacent tissues of mammal and provide analgetic effect. Proposed medicinal form has the following components, %: water, 5-35; dimethoxymethane, 15-40; alcoholic cosolvent, 5-20 and at least 20 wt.-% of dimethyl ether. Invention proposes aerosol package for spraying at the rate 1.5-3 gc-1 and methods of pain relief by means of tissue cooling by topical administration of indicated ready medicinal form as spray form.
