The dosed form comprises ibuprofen active component and a carrier comprising extrudable filling agent in common with disintegrator that contains ibuprofen medicinal component in the amount 35 wt.-% or more of the dosed form characterized in that a carrier has alkaline metal carbonate or hydrocarbonate additionally. Invention proposes also the use and a method of producing the noncarbonated, solid dosed form of the proposed agent.
