FIELD: chemistry of polymers. SUBSTANCE: described catalyst composition for polymerization of olefins comprising metallocene complex on support. Metallocene complex is metallocene complex of general formula I: M[X(R)n]xYp (1) wherein M is metal of group IV A; X is cyclopentadienyl group; R is monovalent C1-C20 hydrocarbon radical of monovalent C1-C20, hydrocarbon radical containing substituting oxygen atoms provided that R is contains functional group of Lewis base; Y is halogen, n is 1, x is 2 and p is 2. Also described are metallocene complex and method of polymerization of olefins.
