SUBSTANCE: method meant to reduce emission of cancer-producing substances in vicinity of large cities, health resorts, national parks, and the like includes equipping vehicles with removable exhaust-gas neutralizers installed on exhaust pipe of vehicle before it enters megalopolis area under protection and taken off when it leaves mentioned area; neutralizer exchange and reconditioning stations are arranged at boundaries of transit lines of megalopolis, over its perimeter.
