FIELD: access control systems.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to systems for providing controlled access to a facility, and can be used to control access of vehicles and visitors to protected areas. The access control automation system consists of video cameras recording the entry/exit zone for further recognition of the license plate number of an approaching vehicle, a remote server with a database that includes information on the license plate numbers of vehicles entitled to enter and its validity period. Authorized users have access to the server via the Internet using mobile and/or stationary devices. The system is controlled using special software, in which authorized users are divided by rights into administration employees and client representatives. An administration employee has the ability to issue, edit, view and track vehicle entry permits, set the validity period of entry permits, set entry limits, create and approve templates, and receive statistical information. The client representative can submit, edit and view applications, and create templates. Recognition of license plates of vehicles is carried out using artificial intelligence.
EFFECT: expanding the functionality of the access control system.
